Withdrawal instructions
Voucher purchase
These instructions apply to vouchers (value vouchers and massage vouchers) that consumers buy online through our booking platform.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a person named by you received the voucher.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Meine Massage GmbH, Jacobstraße 5, 04105 Leipzig, Germany, phone: +49 341 24813061, email: info@meine-massage.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://app.meine-massage.de/en/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt with information on the content of your withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you redeemed the voucher in full or in part before withdrawing, you owe compensation equal to the redeemed amount; we will therefore only reimburse the unredeemed remaining balance.

Massage appointments: no right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for massage appointments that you book online with us. Under Section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date for performance. This is the case when you book an appointment.
Regardless of this, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts – using the link in your booking confirmation. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the amount paid. Details are set out in our terms and conditions (Section 3).
Hotel bookings
Bookings that the staff of a partner hotel make for its guests are concluded between the hotel and us (the hotel is the contracting party, Section 2A of our terms and conditions). These withdrawal instructions do not apply to such bookings.
